welcome back to gun talk This is Alan Gottlieb sitting in for Tom Gresham today.

Tom's out on assignment. Many of you listen to the show knew who I am. I've guest

hosted before and I've been a frequent guest of Toms. I'm the founder of the Second Amendment Foundation and Chairman of the Citizens Committee for the right to keep him bear arms. We have a very interesting guest with us this hour.

We have Michael Guzman, the President of Students for Concealed Carrying on Campus.

Students for Concealed Carry on Campus is a national nonpartisan grassroots organization comprised of over 300, I excuse me 30,000 college students, faculty members, parents of college students, and concerned citizens who support the right of concealed handgun license holders to carry concealed

handguns on college campuses.

The main objectives of the organization is first to educate the public about concealed carry and dispel many of the myths about concealed carry.

And their other objective is to push state legislatures and school administrators

to grant concealed handgun license holders the same right, the right to carry concealed handguns on college campuses that these license holders currently enjoy in most other places like office buildings, movie theaters, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and churches and banks.

Michael Guzman is the head of this organization and it's amazing to see it totally grassroots

where they've come from in the last few years.
