and certainly the the big DC gun case the DC versus Heller case we've been talking

about a ways to commemorate that. Working on that. We'll have some

information for you, perhaps in a week. Got something working there that you're going to like.

Pretty interesting. You know, it may be the end of the world. The sky may be

falling and the earth may be rotating backwards on its axis because in Carson City

Nevada the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada has declared its support for an individual's right to bear

arms.

The ACLU, which has never supported the Second Amendment, which has never supported gun rights,

which always says it supports the Bill of Rights except, you know, the way the ACLU counts to 10?

It's 1, 3, 4, 5. They don't recognize that there's a 2 second. But the state of Nevada, the

ACLU in the state of Nevada, their board of directors, reached this decision following the Supreme Court case where the Heller case of course which ruled that the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to own guns.

The statement from the organization's website said,

the Nevada ACLU respects the individual's right to bear arms

subject to constitutionally permissible regulations.
