Welcome again. Gun Talk, Tom Gresham, Yes, indeed, the Supreme Court came in on Thursday with the decision in the Heller case.

As you might expect, that's what we're going to be talking about.

Yes, indeed.

The first Supreme Court decision on the Second

Amendment since 1939 and absolutely the most important Second Amendment decision in the history of the United States of America.

It's called the Heller case, formerly known as the Parker case. We'll get into all of that.

Essentially, basically, what we got on Thursday was much, much of what we were hoping for, short of what some people were hoping for, but honestly

I think there were some very realistic hopes and expectations.

We'll talk about that, you know, and honestly, without any further setup from me, let me at this point bring in

Alan Gura, the lead attorney, the man who argued this case before the Supreme Court

for Dick Anthony Heller, Alan G, the man, just simply, that covers it.
