Remember that Pizza Delivery Driver I told you about a couple of weeks ago?

He got set up. He was, this is in Des Moines, Iowa. Got the call, delivered a pizza, and these crooks set him up to rob him.

They once took a gun to his head. And what they didn't count on is that James William Spires the 3rd, 38 years old, was carrying his own gun.

So through some mechanism he was able to get his gun out and shoot this attacker or shoot at him several times, actually hit him.

The suspect, Kenneth Jimerson, age 19, was arrested when he later called for medical help.

Pizza Hut fired the pizza delivery guy.

Guy saves his own life because he provided for his own protection and Pizza Hut.

First they suspended him.

Well, yeah, they went ahead and fired him.
