Couple of items from the news.

Did I'm sure that your local newspaper carried this right? No, wrong, because they don't like

this piece of news, yet it's big, it's a huge story. In San Francisco, the state Supreme Court, or actually stories out of San Francisco,

the state Supreme Court dealt a final blow last Wednesday to San Francisco's voter-approved ban on handguns, rejecting the city's appeal of a lower court

ruling that sharply limited the ability of localities to regulate firearms.

This is big at a time when the Heller case, the DC gun case is in the news.

We have the state Supreme Court in California saying no, San Francisco, you may not ban handguns.

It was unanimous.
