Hey, welcome again.

I'm so glad that you could be here with us.

I'm Tom Gresham, yes indeed, and the show's Gun Talk.

That's what we're going to do, talking about guns.

Lots of things going on. We're going to be, oh, everything from the political to the technical to the whimsical. We'll just have a bunch of fun. And, you know, for those who are saying, ooh, guns. Yes, guns. Guns are fun. Just had a conversation with somebody here in the studio saying, yeah, converted somebody, talk to a lady. and she said, well, I didn't realize you and your wife were into guns. He said, well, yeah. He said, well, guns are responsible for hurting people. And he made the point. He said, you know, well, actually, it's just a tool. He said, you know, so like if I jumped across the table and stabbed you with a pencil, would that make pencils bad? No. it's one way to go, you know, and others to say, well, you know, if somebody broke in,

kicked in the door of the restaurant or came running in here hurting people and I used

a gun to stop that person.

Now, how would you feel about guns at that point?

There are a lot of different ways to go about it. And the main thing is to have your argument, have your persuasion figured out ahead of time, because it's all about persuasion. You don't beat people into submission on this one. You just simply keep asking questions, and you keep being pleasant, and it works. Well, we're going to be talking about so many things.

I mean, there's all kind of things hopping.
