Well, all right, welcome again to Gun Talk, having some fun today.

I see that the Second Amendment

Foundation has filed court papers down in New Orleans rather. Now remember the

Second Amendment Foundation is the group that went to New Orleans and filed suit against to Mayor Nagin and the superintendent of police there to get them to start returning the guns they confiscated during Hurricane Katrina.

If you remember during Hurricane Katrina, the mayor issued orders and the police, some police,

went around to some places and took guns away from people who owned them legally.

Just took them away.

And Megan said, there'd be no guns here.

Only the police are going to have guns.

Well, they didn't work that way.

The crooks had guns.

And they took guns away from law-abiding people and people who needed their guns to protect themselves.

And then, and then, the mayor had the audacity to say, we never did that. We never did that. We don't have any guns.
