Well hello and welcome again so glad you could be with us because we're having fun today. I'm Tom Gresham and yes, the show is called Gun Talk because that's what we're going to be doing talking about guns.

Oh, by the way, if you'd like to get in in line if there's something on your mind, we're kind of jump around to a little, this little of that this hour, so you may want to dive into it. 866 talk guns is our number here. I see that in the state of Nebraska they

said just recently passed their right to carry law concealed carry law which allows

law-abiding citizens who take, do a background check, get photographed,

get fingerprinted, take the class, pay a bunch of money, then they can carry a gun.

And you still have the same old nonsense going on there

that you have had with 45 other states.

Unfortunately, Nebraska does not have a preemption law which prevents cities from passing their own gun control laws.

So you're going down the road and you're legal and then all of a sudden you're not legal and you didn't know it.

And that's the reason we have

preemption laws that make laws uniform throughout a state.

So what we have is Lincoln, Nebraska is checking into the idea of banning Conceal Currie there.

Omaha is already doing it.

We've got the legislature passed the Conceal Carry.
