earlier segment a couple people talked about the Hague Convention and full jacketed bullets.

Right.

Anyway, the British Empire, when it was in full bloom, figured out a way to circumvent that

convention.

What they did is they designed a bullet they called the Mark 7 and it was a long

pointed full metal jacketed bullet for their 303 and what they did is they put an airspace in there and filled it with aluminum.

And it made it stable in flight, but when it struck a humanoid, it caused all kinds of damage.
