We had a situation in Cleveland yesterday. A 12 year old boy was shot and killed by the police

He had a looks like maybe an air gun, maybe an air soft gun, not sure, I think it was an air gun, a pistol. In his waistband he had taken off the orange tip that denotes it as

being not a real gun or painted over it either way you want it to look real.

Please recall or painted over it either way. You wanted it to look real. Police were called the caller 911 caller said,

I don't know if it's real or fake. It actually doesn't matter in the slightest. Police came, ordered him to put his hands up, he reached down and started to pull the gun out of his waist ban.

Officers shot him and he died, 12 year old boy.

There are a few takeaways here.

One, it really doesn't matter if the police officer

was or was not told that it's possibly fake. It looks real. This
