Actually the news right now literally right now is a New York prison escape David Sweat has been shot and is in custody.

This is the second of the two guys. Obviously they shot and kill the first guy.

Looking at the CNN website, three bullets to the head interesting headline

killed the first one Richard met but now they're saying that they have in custody the second of these escapees.
