On the first hour of gun talk today, we had Alan Gura.

He is the superstar attorney who argued two Second Amendment cases before the Supreme Court of the United States. The Heller and McDonnell cases, both of them were decided in his favor, in our favor, Justice Scalia, who just died, actually

wrote the Heller decision.

Alan Gura, who knows these things, went into some detail but let me

capsulize it for you and some people are going to say oh that can't be true

trust me this is exactly right I guess two big news items that came out of
