We are here to talk about how the Trump administration works or doesn't work.

We've seen a couple of interesting examples of it this week and we're going to talk about

the sort of steel and aluminum tariffs controversy which is now enveloping the back 36 hours

of the week.

But before this came up, we had an interesting Oval Office meeting on guns at which the

president, well, he seemed to lose the plot a little bit in terms of who has what side

on gun issues.

He repeatedly sort of blamed Barack Obama for their not having been stronger gun control

measures in the wake of earlier mass shootings and he endorsed a range of democratic policy
