We've been having a couple of days of all hands meetings of pulling in the gun talk

crew from all over the country.

And it's my first chance to see the completed, the finished product.

I've been watching it as it's been coming along and it is amazing.

Well, it's been a journey and I mean, nobody wants to do construction projects.

And then the worst type of construction project, I think is probably a renovation because

you don't always know what you're getting into.

And then so I thought what I would do is do a construction project renovation on an

old slaughterhouse because that's fun.
