If you buy a gun, you know, buy, with the air quotes around it, buy a gun on the internet, you still have to do the face-to-face deal.

You still have to go to a gun store.

Say I go to a place in gunbroker or wherever. They ship it to my federally licensed firearms

dealer locally. Because they can't send it to me across state lines.

So they have sent to the gun store and then when I go to the gun store,

it's face-to-face transfer and we have to do the federal background check.
