And what a perfect time to have him on, because Massachusetts lawmakers

are trying to pass a sweeping gun control bill.

It keeps changing every time I look at it, the numbers,

the name of the bill keeps changing.

But one thing that's not changing is that they are adamant on getting this through.

Despite the fact that gun experts like Toby and also one thing Howie brought up yesterday's

police officers are not on board with this.

Toby, can you give us an update on where we're at and how you're doing fighting this fight?
