Hey, welcome back to Gun Talk. I'm Tom Gresham.

One of the things we'd like to do here is try to keep up with what's going on in the Second Amendment world.

It used to be, it was mostly about legislation,

and now it seems to be mostly about litigation. And when I say keep up, that used to be kind of easy, but it's certainly not the case anymore because there's so much going on in what we call the post-Bruin world.

I want to right now bring in one of the litigators, one of the attorneys working

on this and really doing a great job with the team over there at Chuckll's outfit in California.

Well let's start with, since you are in fact California-centric, you're right there, and of course, California is one of the areas where there's so much going on with, of course, the case cases going through Judge Benitez's court.

We had of course him ruling that the California magazine capacity ban was unconstitutional and then right on the heels of that he said well yeah let's talk about assault weapons while we're at it right?

That's correct.
