0:40.4	Democrat governor Michelle Luhan Grisham issued an executive order suspending the right to carry
0:45.3	firearms both open and concealed in Albuquerque in Bernalillo County for 30 days due to what she
0:51.6	called a public health emergency after an 11-year-old boy was killed on his way home from a baseball
0:56.4	game earlier in the week watch. So effective immediately no person other than a law enforcement
1:04.8	officer or licensed security officer shall possess a firearm either openly or concealed within
1:15.6	cities or counties averaging 1,000 or more violent crimes for 100,000 and more than 90
1:27.5	fire-armilated emergency department visits. So to put that in sort of a layman's term
1:36.1	terms for 30 days in Albuquerque in Bernalillo County it's the only place that meets both those
1:44.0	standards. Statewide order but only one place meets both criteria where we have far too many ER
