One of the veterans of the gun rights wars joins us right now from the National Shooting Sports Foundation, Larry Keene.

Larry, I appreciate you being here. It's a busy, busy time for you guys and for you in particular

with all the lawsuits and court cases going on these days.

Well, Tom, it's great to be with you and yes, indeed, it is very busy, but it's busy in a good way.

You know, by and large, we are sort of on the offense

and, you know, the Heller decision and now the more importantly the Bruin decision has really changed the landscape in terms of litigation and so we are able to be plaintiffs and to challenge laws that have been enacted or have more

recently been been in action.

So it isn't a good time busy time we're making great progress.

Well we just passed the one year mark of the Bruin decision and in that one year

we had a number of states pass what I call the brewing post-Bruined

tantrum laws where they say oh yeah the Supreme Court you're going to say that

well watch this you said this was unconstitutional we're going to pass something that's even more unconstitutional, and now we're fighting that.

Yes, I mean, it is a little remarkable to see some of these states.
