and kind of incorporate that into a

previously played episode yeah it's a in part because it's personal um rachel marin will we'll

get into all the details in a few minutes but john had a personal connection to her family this

episode contains an interview with her brother and there's been resolution to the case in a lot of

ways so we wanted to come on and and share that but we didn't want to do it without the

content of the story so we're going to go into the story this is an episode that aired about a year

ago and then follow up with details about what has happened recently in the case and where things currently stand.

Yeah, it's something that everyone involved in this case was praying for.

And I think it's the best case scenario.

Nothing's going to ever bring back Rachel,

but at least her family can rest knowing that justice has been served.

She and I were friends in college.

We've remained friends once we've graduated.

It feels weird to say that was over 20 years ago.

That's insane, yeah. But unfortunately, her and her husband have just been struck by tragedy and in more ways than one.

But on the way that we're going to talk about today involves the murder of her husband's sister.

And her name is Rachel Morin.

And Rachel was in the middle of six children.
