We're talking about the case against Sean Grayson, who was found guilty of second-degree murder.

This is the one in Springfield, Illinois, where the officers visited the woman with the pot of boiling water that

he claims thought, oh my gosh, she's going to throw this at me, even though they said you might

want to take that off the burner over there. I mean, it's utterly insane. Let's talk earlier we

were talking about first degree murder versus second degree murder.

He was found guilty and charge.

It was a charge of the first degree, found guilty on second degree murder on the lesser charge,

four to 20 years basically is what that is.

There is a possibility of parole that could take place here.

First degree murder to the layperson,

I would think about it would be, well, premeditated. I don't think Sean Grayson walked into,

you know, was outside that house going, I'm going to shoot her. I can't wait to get in there

and take her out. Well, this is where I want to correct you. Yes, and this is why you're here.

So you can straighten that understanding out.
