And that's simply so you don't fall back asleep. But truthfully you can meditate in any position you like.

So do what works best for you. And once you've found that position, take a deep breath in, fill all the way up through

your chest and your belly. hold at the top, and then exhale, release, and slowly close your eyes.

Let's take one more deep breath together,

just to aid the mind and body in reaching that meditative

So inhale, hold, and release nice and slow.

No need to force anything. And it doesn't matter what specific position your body or your hands are in, where you're at right now, what your mind might be wandering off to, or how you're feeling.
