I'm going to be. Hi everyone and welcome to another episode of Sleep and Relax ASMR.

Today we're going to be trying some guided meditation. I haven't really tried it in the past, but I've been getting plenty of requests for it.

I do this show for you guys. You guys want to hear it, so I thought it'd be something really cool to try out so

without further ado let's get into this episode hope you guys enjoy and and let's dive in.

So to start off, I just want you to breathe.

I just want you to breathe and I want you to hold it for one, two, three, and exhale for one,

for one, two, three.

And take a deep breath in again,

and now hold it for one, two, three, and exhale.

One, two, and then.

Just continue to breathe at this pace and just be conscious of how you're feeling while you're breathing and holding.

Notice... Notice how you're breathing, just notice how you're breathing, and just notice how it's coming

in through your nose or your mouth, and just feel that sensation of exhaling.

And as you exhale, just relax more and more and expand and relax

throughout each breath. It's good to develop a sort of routine before going to bed.

Right now, your mind is totally focused on breathing.
