1:30.3	Settling into stillness, find a moment now
1:34.3	to draw your attention away from your external surroundings,
1:39.3	away from the distractions.
1:42.3	Draw your attention towards your away from the distractions.
1:53.7	Draw your attention towards your breath as you notice how it flows in and out of the body with every inhalation and every exhalation.
2:10.6	Noticing the gentle rise and fall of the chest and of the belly as you breathe just take this time to come back to yourself.
2:20.3	Come back to your center.
2:23.3	Unplugging from the mental chatter.
