| 1:14.6 | is one of the great consequence of doing this practice, understanding Buddhist teachings. |
| 1:22.6 | So the simplicity is represented today by the word this. |

| 1:35.3 | This is what the experience is of this moment. |
| 1:41.3 | And the this is always meant to be particular. It isn't this that, you know, this is |
| 1:51.0 | the world's spinning around, circulating the sun. That's kind of, to know that, that's kind of abstract. |

| 2:08.6 | But the this, of the immediacy of direct experience, this. |
