0:00.0	Welcome to the reality revolution. I'm your host Brian Scott and this is the I am the light guided meditation.
0:15.0	You are light. Not a body that contains light, not a person who needs to find the light, you are
0:22.6	light, pure consciousness expressing itself as form. Everything you think you are, your name,
0:30.5	your story, your history, your personality. That's just the costume. The temporary role you're playing underneath all of that,
0:40.2	beyond all of that, you are infinite, luminous, conscious light. And in this meditation,
0:47.3	you're going to experience this directly, not as a concept, as a reality. This meditation will take you on a journey through your body
0:57.9	awakening every cell to its true nature as light then it will expand your awareness until you
1:05.1	realize you're not confined to your body at all your infinite're infinite, boundless, everywhere, and nowhere. And from that
1:14.1	expanded state, you'll do what light naturally does. You'll radiate. You will shine on one
1:21.7	person, then 10, then thousands and millions, and all of humanity, all beings on earth, all beings in the cosmos,
1:31.3	you'll experience yourself as the light of the universe itself, blessing all of existence
1:36.0	with your presence.
1:38.9	Then you'll discover something even more powerful.
1:41.4	You can direct this light.
1:42.5	You can use it to heal yourself and others.
1:44.8	You can use it to create reality itself because when you know your light, when you feel it,
1:51.2	embody it, you're no longer operating as a limited being. You're functioning as pure creative consciousness.
2:00.3	By the end of this, something fundamental will have shifted.
2:04.0	You won't be able to see yourself in the same way.
2:07.1	You won't be able to believe you're small or limited or separate because you have felt the
2:11.8	truth.
2:13.5	Once you know your light, you can never fully forget it again.
