So I've designed this meditation to help you put those stressors aside

So go ahead and find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.

If you're starting this episode from bed, I do recommend you at least rollover and sit up.

And that's simply so you don't fall back asleep while you meditate.

But the truth is, you can meditate in any position that you like. So do

whatever works best for you. And once you found that comfortable position, let's take a deep breath in, fill up all the way with nice fresh air.

And then exhale, nice and slow, and gently close your eyes. And let's take a couple more deep breaths just like that to help settle in.

So inhale, fill all the way up. Hold at the top. And then exhale.

Release and let that exhale be longer than the inhale.
