| 1:26.4 | whatever works best for you. And once you found that comfortable position, let's take a deep breath in, fill up all the way with nice fresh air. |
| 1:41.0 | And then exhale, nice and slow, and gently close your eyes. And let's take a couple more deep breaths just like that to help settle in. |
| 2:01.5 | So inhale, fill all the way up. Hold at the top. And then exhale. |
| 2:10.3 | Release and let that exhale be longer than the inhale. |
