Welcome to the reality revolution. I'm your host Brian Scott. For thousands of years,

something that you can do on a regular basis when you're feeling pain or you're laying

there in pain so that you'll come out of it feeling better, healed, happy, and alive.

anxieties, and put you in a state of comfort and ease. So take a moment and just find a place

Close your eyes and take a deep inhale with a count of four.
