Hey guys, what's up? And welcome back to another coffee talk podcast. So for today's

episode, I figured I would share with you guys my first ever guided meditation. Now, I was

recently on my yoga teacher training, my 200 hours in Bali, and because of that experience,

one of the portions of my course was actually learning how to guide a meditation to begin class.

And I've been doing meditations on my own guided meditations for quite a bit of time now. So I feel

like I've already loved the experience myself, but to guide people through it is just like a

whole other ballpark, you know what I mean? So I knew that was coming home from Bali. I really wanted

to be able to use that tool, use that new tool in my toolbox or in my coffee kit, if you will,

and implement them into the coffee talks by sharing more guided meditations. But almost time

back to the first episode I've ever made with my coffee talk podcast, I really had to be a

beginner in a lot of ways and understand that it's probably going to take a few tries before I

really find my niche or my personal flair or style with meditations, but I'm willing to try,
