| 0:25.0 | Hello and welcome. Thank you'll probably want a journal. Today's meditation is on connecting with your higher self. |
| 0:29.0 | And for this meditation, you'll probably want a journal or some paper and a pen nearby, |
| 0:38.0 | just in case you have some ideas or thoughts that you want to write down. |
| 0:43.0 | There's no way in particular that I think meditation should be done |
| 0:48.0 | in terms of posture or eyes closed, eyes open, things like that. |
| 0:55.0 | But for today's meditation, we'll be working very strongly |
| 0:59.0 | with the idea of the body as a central axis and conduit for the energy that runs between Earth |
| 1:06.0 | and the heavens. So if it's comfortable for you to take a seated posture. I would suggest that for today's meditation. If sitting |

| 1:26.1 | tailbone. So if you're lying down then you might just bring a pillow underneath |
| 1:31.8 | your thighs so that you can have a little bit of contact |

| 1:36.4 | If you're sitting up you can easily use your hands just to palpate the base of |
| 1:40.3 | your spine when I cue your awareness there. Same if you're moving around or |
| 1:45.0 | something like that. Personally I'm sitting with cross legs and I have a pillow |
| 1:49.6 | under my seat and I have the pillow under my seat so that my hips are a little bit higher |
| 1:54.8 | than my knees and this helps to maintain an erect and upright spine as I sit. |
