0:16.0	Today we are going to do an amazingly powerful meditation.
0:25.4	The can you imagine meditation.
0:28.1	I learned this technique from Marilyn Ferguson in her book on pragmatic magic.
0:33.2	And then later from someone named Les Femi.
0:37.1	It's a powerful technique.
0:39.3	Through the meditative process, you ask yourself, can you imagine?
0:44.3	You go through a set of very basic questions to begin with.
0:48.3	And in this process, in the meditative state,
0:52.3	it empowers you and awakens you to a focus and understanding,
0:57.4	a magical consciousness that allows your imagination to become fully awakened. This activates your
1:05.5	imaginal mastermind. And by doing these questions and simply pondering them you relax and you enter into a state
1:16.1	where you are aware of the space between spaces and you can imagine whatever you want vividly
1:21.7	and powerfully so find a place to let go of the outside world for a few moments
1:30.5	get comfortable in your bed or chair
1:38.8	relax relax relax and let go of the outside awareness let go of all concerns or worries that you have about your day
1:58.0	just place them in a box right next to you.
2:03.6	And I want you to imagine a box that solves all your problems.
2:08.6	They will be available for you when you're done with this meditation.
