0:27.3	the imaginal body. And as I have done some meditations utilizing this concept, I have
0:35.4	transformed my understanding of my energy and it has helped my health.
0:42.2	It has helped me to travel astraly and completely changed the way I understand my body and my mind.
0:52.1	What we are doing is awakening your imaginal body. Our goal is to harness the power
0:59.2	of the imaginal body to help healing and manifestation. We are energy beings living in a physical
1:07.1	body. The physical body is your structure, your flesh, and your bones. The
1:12.3	imaginal body is not imaginary, but is one of subtle energy. You are able to connect with
1:18.5	your imaginal body to promote healing and balance within yourself or help heal others. We exist in
1:26.0	an energy continuum within and around us. Imaginal bodywork takes
1:31.3	this concept of energy and dives deeper into promoting healing for the physical body. You can use
1:38.2	imaginal body principles to bring healing balance for yourself to aid others in their healing journey

1:45.9	energy body, and it also awakens new energies within you. Imaginal body work is not new information
1:53.2	or thought, but came from the Egyptians' ancient wisdom and practices. The Egyptians believed
