Professor Kaser, Professor Christopher Kaser who's coming to us from Loyola Merrimount University in

Southern California so thanks so much for joining us on the show. My pleasure. So many of our

listeners will know of your work through various publications, also through work that you've

done with the domestic institute.

That's where we first met at a lecture you gave at the University of South Carolina

and then at the student leadership conference that was held in Estes Park, Colorado a couple

of years back. But for those who don't know you, would you just say a word about who you are, what you do, and maybe why it matters?

Sure, yeah. I'm a professor of philosophy and chair of the philosophy Department at Loyola Mary Mountain,

Los Angeles, and I also work with Bishop, Robert Barron, as the St Thomas Aquinas

fellow for the Word on Fire Institute. And this fall, my third edition of my book,

The Ethics of Abortion came out.

So I'm happy that that is arrived

after the decision of Dobbs to overturn Roe versus Wade.

So I think this issue is even more important in a way

than it was before.
