A variety of reasons but Blake Brulyette is with us from Christ in the city,

missions, and they're based out of Denver, Colorado.

So Blake, I just want to welcome you to the show.

It's a joy to have you. We've known each other for a little bit in the great work that you guys are doing with Christ in the city. But give us a few kind of highlights to introduce yourself, the ministering what you all do.

Yeah, fathers, thank you for having me. It's an honor to be on the podcast.

I just love to get the East Coast crew in there, you know, as we just expanded there this year.

It's a new region for us.

So yeah, as you guys said, my name is Blake Bruleette, not Break, Blake is the name, and currently managing director at Christ in the city.

I've been with Christ in the city for, gosh, this is the start of my eighth year.

And Christ in the city is to just that good elevator pitch of a young adult formation

program that serves the chronically homeless and the poor.

So we bring in young adult volunteers

as well as the greater community in college students which is originally

our Father Joseph Anthony's

campus, got to know us on mission trips, and we bring in volunteers and we
