0:32.4	Patrick, see how things are in Washington DC so that I can retain a meaningful connection to my house of assignment.

0:40.0	Well, I have to say I've been enjoying immensely the move south. I grew more accustomed to the dramatic and frightening cold of New England than I thought, because I've realized that I really like living more towards the South. Now I recognize there's a debate about whether Washington DC is really in the South, so I'm not I'm not interested in opening that. I'm just declaring right now Washington is in the South.
1:04.5	And the reason I know is that during the month of December,
1:07.8	you know, as we enter January here,
1:11.0	it is unseasonably warm, unably you know for a New Englander but down here it's
1:16.9	just normal it's like 60 degrees and great yeah so how's Greenberg, you know?
1:23.0	Yeah, it's great.
1:25.0	The good news is they make all of the weather numbers smaller so that way they're less terrifying.
1:30.0	So it's minus a single digit number, which I guess is better than the alternative.
