I'm excited about today and we are so privileged to have with us today Pastor Lloyd Pulley from Calvary Chapel Oldbridge in New Jersey and so would you please give him a warm welcome. Now I feel at home.

What a joy and what a joy it is always to be with the saints.

You know, brothers and sisters, wherever we are.

I was a young guy who grew up in Michigan, and my story goes back to my grandmother who took us four kids in.

When my dad had already left, he was gone, my mother died when I was four and my grandmother took us in and you know the

best thing that happened in that is that she took us to church and she got us a strong foundation

even when we departed even when I went in my rebellious years you know the Lord did just kept

answering her prayers this little she didn't stand more than 411 but she had a prayer of a mountain, and she just sought God for me. I actually remember coming home from college, frustrated with all this stuff going on, and she'd say, well, I'm praying for you. And I says, well, stop it. That's what's messing me up. And, well, she didn't listen. She kept praying. And God got a hold of my heart, my first term in college, and just, you know, went from, you know, my chemical engineering direction and wrestling on the wrestling team for Michigan State and this whole plan and, you know, this thing I had.

And the Lord just totally turned that upside down, put a call in my heart.

I just wanted to know more about the

Bible, wanted others to taste him. And so my sister had moved out to Southern California, got

involved in Calvary Chapel. I knew to know anything about it. But I went out there to visit,

and I felt this was it. Walked into Calvary West Covina, Rall Reese.

He's really neat man. Praise the Lord for the Lord.

And I was like, I was like I was at home the moment I walked in. It was so amazing.

And I got, after one year there, I got, you know, an opportunity to go on as a young intern to learn ministry.

And that year I also met my beautiful wife, Karen.

Karen, you got to stand up.

You can't miss her beauty with the curly hair.

So 30, let's see, it's 36 years.

We've been married.
