We've had him on before, but there's an exciting new development in his story. He's the activist from Hawaii. He was last year's free thinker

of the year, you might remember, we named him, the Freedom from Religion Foundation gave him an award

for ending prayers in the Hawaii Senate. During that time, he was roughed up. He was prosecuted for

protesting prayers, but those charges were dropped, and this week he won his lawsuit, his civil

lawsuit against the Senate for manhandling and jailing him. And he'll be on the second half of

today's show to talk all about that.

Unconstitutional government prayer will be the theme of our show today.
