So what we're going to be talking about today is Stephen Spielberg's 1975 movie, Jaws.

You may have heard of it.

It's a favorite movie of both of ours.

Obviously, it's one of the most beloved movies of all time.

But I feel like Jaws is still slightly underrated in some ways just because of how successful it is.

I think it's easy to dismiss because of that.

And I think so some aspects of what makes it good or what makes it still good all these years later can be easy to overlook.

And that was one of the pleasures going back through it. that's that's a lot of what we're going to talk about today it defies genre and so some people all that's just a horror movie

some people you know that's just one of those those 70s disaster thrillers.

You know, it's so much more than that.

It's all of that, but it is my absolute hands-down favorite film.

It's so enjoyable.

It's so scary.
