posts of my own. And I'm very happy to welcome back my guest for this week, Luke from the We're Not Not So Different podcast. Thanks so much for coming on, buddy. Hey, thank you for having me once again.

I'm glad to be back. And we're going to be talking about one of our favorite characters for both

of us in this universe, Blood Raven. Brindon River is better known as Blood Raven. A fascinating

character that connects a lot of different parts of

this story.

And so accordingly, there's a lot of different ways to talk about him.

Even though, as you were saying, before we started recording, in terms of the main series,

he pops up in like one chapter in the most recent book for a little bit.

And yet, there's still a ton to get into.

Yeah, he's one of my favorites,

and, no, he is, he's my favorite character in the series. I'm really excited to be here,

really excited to talk about it, because I like the way he connects to everything, and, uh, yeah,

I like, uh, immoral tree wizards. Who amongst us does not? And that's the other great thing about Blood Raven is like he's one of those characters

like Barrick Dondarian, and they're kind of similar in a lot of ways, actually, that

there's a lot of, a lot to intellectually to get into and wonder about in theories, but

they're also just so viscerally awesome.

Like, Barrack's just this awesome zombie door with this fire sword, and Blood Raven's

...
