My co-host, Jeff, better known as Brendan Beefish, is taking a couple months off the podcast for work.

As soon as he's back,

which we expect to be around late July to early August, we will be resuming the regular weekly by weekly podcast with a storm of sores. While Jeff's gone, I'm going to be doing a weekly

episodes with a rotating series of guest hosts, as well as some audio and text posts of my own.

Alex, they them pronouns, and I'm here to talk about two of the internet's

favorite subjects, racism and queer coding. Absolutely. And we're going to get into this

specifically with regards to a song of ice and fire. But first, I wanted to start with a

question. I've been asking a lot of my guests. And that's how did you first get into a song

of ice and fire in Game of Thrones? I got into the series 2012.

I just graduated college.

One of my old roommates gave me a thumb drive because that was the technology of 2012.
