If there is a judgment day, if there is a day of reckoning, well, at least we are

enjoying the ride, aren't we? Living a humanistic, secular free thought life is a wonderful life.

You probably notice that this is the first time in almost five years that our show has not

started with Annie Laurie Gaylor, welcoming all of you to the show.

She is sick this week, and she's paying me back because last week I was the one who was sick.

I was in the hospital for an emergency kidney stone surgery, which, by the way, didn't work.

And I have to go back in next week to try again.

Thanks to the great, wonderful design of the intelligent designer. And Annie Laurie, I just saw her a few minutes ago. She can't talk. Some

kind of a bronchial or, I don't know, something in her chest and it's really making her

weak. And she loves to do the show, but there's no way you would even.

I couldn't even understand what she was saying today.

So let's all not join hands.

Let's all not bow our heads.

Let's all not pray for Annie Laurie's speedy recovery, just as you did with me.

And by the way, thank you.
