On In The Limelight, we analyzed the ins and outs of pop culture, entertainment, and celebrity from the past week,

from the Kardashians to Kate Middleton and everything in between. So on this week's episode,

we have a very special guest. Katie Weaver from the New York Times is here. She was in London

for the wedding. And Julie and I had an amazing, fun, long, exciting discussion with her about kind of what it was like being there

on the ground during the wedding. She kind of shared a lot of the details, but what it was like

in terms of being in the crowd and what the, who they responded to and what they were most excited

about. Some unexpected takeaways. We talked about the Markle family drama, and I was

interested to hear what sort of the reaction to that was in London.

Right. She also found four amazing Megan videos from, I guess, early in her career that we're going to kind of dissect and go over.

Cardi B. She run the gamut. And in addition to all of those pieces, at the time, she went to the royal wedding herself. She was, uh, Prince William's date. Kate, Kate went out for the night and was like, Katie, you can, like, have him. Um, but no, she, she was there on the scene. She wrote an amazing piece for the times, which we'll link to that you guys should all check out about what it was like being there on the ground and the kind of fanatic crowd fervor that surrounded this wedding.
