It might not even make it with help, but at least I do have that help and the help arrives now.

I am, I don't have a sore throat, but I'm like accidentally over caffeinated today.

So I might speak too much or speak too quickly.

I don't know.

I already have to make efforts to speak more slowly.

But if you couldn't tell, I'm already talking too much. So just give a give up. I gave up on that years ago. We're done with that.

I feel like I need to like enunciate better or something as a presenter, but sometimes I'm like I got a lot of things to say and I have this much time to say it in. So yeah, but Okay, look, that seems like, you know, you trying to improve or whatever. But if you start to improve,

especially in response to criticism, that opens up a big door of like, then you're not supposed

to have verbal tics anymore. You're not supposed to make a personal

criticism.

My own biggest critic, though. Yeah. But thank you for stifling my voice to better myself.
