Oh, wait, I do know what to do with myself. We're going to watch some draft film. We're

going to talk Ace Bailey at the end of the show. But first, we were going to do it yesterday,

ran out of time. So we'll spend plenty now here discussing the first of our offseason outlook series,

the Golden State Warriors, Mr. Leroux.

The Golden State Warriors did their biggest move that we expect during this calendar year,

earlier in the calendar year when they traded for Jimmy Butler.

And not only that, they extended him.

So Jimmy Butler is under contract for the 25, 26 season,

but that does not mean the Warriors are done. In fact, they have some significant work to do

considering this realignment, that they're pushing pretty hard, Stefan Curry, Jimmy Butler,

both under contract all the way into through 2526 and 2627,

and then Draymond Green as a player option for that 26-27 season.

So if the goal is to push for the present and maybe the degree of pushing we will discuss,

then that kind of allows us to train our focus on really what this team needs to be good right now and the tools they have

to theoretically improve their team in those ways. Yeah, we hit on that when they got eliminated by

the wolves. I don't think we need to belabor it too much. But basically, they could use another

shooter. They could use another driver and score. They could use someone to defend at the

point of attack. Again, we'll note that Jonathan Cominga and Gary Payton the second are both free agents.

And, oh, they could also use some more athleticism around the basket as well, because they're

very limited in those ways. And now, part of their issues are going to be, well, they've got a ton

of money tied up in draymond green
