Washington just hired Chris Pollian to be their director of pro-personnel.

He's the son of Bill Pollian.

And there's a lot more to get to during the course of the day. I do want to just

start by saying to all of you that had very nice things to say about the interview that I did

with Jay Gruden on Saturday. First of all, if you haven't heard it, go listen to it. It's worth it.

Jay was great. I totally agree with you. He was direct. He had a great sense of humor. And I do think he would be an outstanding analyst and an entertaining one if he finds his way into broadcasting.

You've already told me before this podcast began that you did not get a chance to listen to Jay, but you knew Jay pretty well.

And, you know, he's just a little bit more open and direct. And he was always pretty open and

direct to begin with. Yeah. Took about at least a year to learn how to not be as open and direct.

Right.

I think they made Jay go and do media training after the first year.

He did not tell me. Because of the Rob.
