GRP-118: On for this episode is retired Lieutenant Colonel Jeff Tiegs. LTC Tiegs spent a long career in the US Army serving with multiple special operations units. He finished up with the Army’s Special Missions Unit. Throughout his long career he’s spent years going after and dismantling terror networks across the world.    During his operational service he came across child sex trafficking. He’s now running an organization called “Guardian Group”. “Guardian Group (GG) is committed to an aggressive, comprehensive approach to taking the fight to human trafficking. Change the world, start off by making your bed.

If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day.

has ever been eaten by a shark, at least not that they can remember. But you are also taught that if a shark begins to circle your position, stay on your ground.

And if a shark, hungry for a midnight snack, darts towards you, then summons up all your

strength and punch him in the snout, and he will turn and swim away.

There are a lot of sharks in the world. If you hope to complete the swim, you will have to deal with them.
