about disarming anger and resolving conflicts. Karen you've never had anger and

we've never had a conflict. Never.

It's kind of like you said though in the past episodes of

passive aggressive stuff.

It's like, you know, I think it's one of those things

that everybody gets angry.

You know, we all have our ways of dealing with life and situations and I think, you know, for

sure, mine was I would take and take and take and then also explode.

Oh yeah, yeah.

We both were very dysfunctional in how we dealt with anger and conflict early in our relationship,

and we just didn't know.

We had no one. You don't know unless

somebody teaches you and also you have your family of origin and many times in my

family we just didn't make eye contact. I never one time growing up ever saw anger resolved right.

And so you bring that into your marriage.

Well, remember how you would go to bed

and we would have these horrible fights and you would go to bed and I'm up like

so distressed and I'm in the other room and I'm like I can't believe he didn't

sleep after all he just happened.

I would get so upset and I love it because you were the one going to bed on your anger
