0:18.2	delicious fruit and it is a fruit that I have a cool memory of.
0:23.2	So I was in New York, it was back when I was working at a publishing company.

0:28.4	and we were out there for our quarterly meeting
0:32.1	and I was really hungry so I hit up this soul food
0:35.8	kitchen that was in the area I was staying and I walked in and I knew I wanted
0:40.3	collard greens first of all but the okra looked enticing.

0:46.2	It looked really good, but I hadn't had it prepared quite that.

0:50.2	So I asked the guy there, I said, hey, do you mind I try the fried okra?
0:53.4	I haven't really had it before. I just want to see if I like it before I order it.
0:57.5	And he said, oh, you don't have to try it, just have it. And he gave me, he's like, he was so confident,

1:06.7	Literally it was enough to just eat that and I would be satiated, but of course then I bought a bunch more food from this man it was absolutely delicious and so
