Every good business will have good leaders from WITHIN the business. Managers, team leaders, and key players all play a big part in making the dream and goals of the business a reality.

The owners of a business can’t have their hands in every aspect of the business if they expect their business to keep growing.

This week Trevor and Kale sit down with one of their Key players, Tyler Agustus. Tyler has been with Trevor and Kale for several years now and when the business needed a leader for the Sales side, Tyler became one of those key players and stepped up to take those reigns and responsibilities so that Trevor and Kale could focus on other parts of the business.

In this episode they talk about the struggles of balancing being a good father, partner, and provider, growth to become a better person, and how money won’t solve all problems.
