A lot of you might know Tanner the Planter as being one of the largest house plant brands in the country, if not the world.

He has like multiple millions of followers across all of the channels.

Something that I learned last year and that I kind of haven't stopped thinking about is behind Tanner the Planter is the warmest, kindest, most smart woman I've met. Her name is Erica,

and she is very much a huge part of the Tanner the Planter brand, the famous in Oregon brand,

and what makes it tick. Something that has really impressed me about Erica and Tanner together

as I've gotten to know them over the last year. Not only are they like obviously wildly

successful with their brand and their business and their plant shop, but they are a marriage.

They're a wildly successful marriage that has built an enormous brand literally hand in hand

alongside each other the whole way. And we'll have Tanner on in a couple of

months to discuss his book that he's just come out with and how he's grown his brand and how

he's been, you know, the face of the business. But so much of the heart of what goes on in this

very amazing plant business is Erica, who I get to interview today. She's the co-founder of

famous in Oregon and the Tanner the planter brand. She has helped support and shape Tanner as

he has grown his content. They have such a beautiful love story and such a beautiful business

story. And I thought it would be so fun to interview Erica, not just about the business,

but about both, about how you grow as an entrepreneur together, how you grow a business with

your partner and how you grow a marriage with your business partner. It was a wonderful

conversation and as you'll find out, this was Erica's first solo podcast appearance, which was

shocking to me because she crushed it.
